The Mastery Package is for companies that are ready to develop the lift truck training program to be adapted to the policy and vice versa. When the policy, training, and people are aligned, then the previously unnoticed near misses become rare and thereby the possibility for an accident is drastically reduced. 

Mastery Packages aren’t limited to preventing accidents but are designed to affect the entire spectrum of a lift truck material handling operation which includes the reduction of preventable service needs, maximization of equipment uses and life, and in many cases the increasing productivity per hour on the truck.

This level of service is a culmination of what is already taught in the Operator and Instructor Training with the coaching and consulting of an experienced industry professional. It includes Instructor Training along with leadership and supervisor training, assessments, consulting, and whatever else is deemed necessary for the successful completion of the project.
