The consulting service, whether for policy revision or other operational modifications, will be tailored specifically to the project at hand.

A proper assessment is the foundation of PIT program and operation because it is a pre-accident investigation, and also gives you a starting point for real world training needs.

Just as direction starts with assessment, it should include training for the leaders and trainers who will be executing the changes and/or installments that have taken effect. Consulting does not include Operator and Instructor Training but will consist of supervisor and refresher training if necessary.

Consulting is recommended for the following;

• Post FTS Operator or Instructor Training
• Revising Policy and/or Training Doctrine
• Recognized the Need for Facilities Mod (Forklift Specific)
• Chronic Maintenance Issues/Frequent Downtime
• Need Improvements for Electric Forklift Fleet Care
• Etc.
